Copyright and Media Usage

Copyright Notice:

Tyler Fraser Real Estate Photography holds unlimited usage rights to ALL media produced. The copyright of the media is not transferred to any other party unless a specific written agreement is made. Licensing may be obtained for various applications of images, please contact us for more details.

Photo Rights and Usage for MLS Listing Photography:

The original agent who paid for this service has permission to use these images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of the property listing only. The licensing agreement is valid only for the duration the home/property is listed for sale by the original agent and cannot be reused for any reason without specific written permission. Images cannot be sold to another agent or person. Failure to pay for the images will result in a copyright infringement/violation. You will be asked to remove the image from any electronic or printed form of advertisement. Failure to stop using them will result in legal action.

Photo Rights and Usage for AirBnB Photography:

AirBnb media already has the built in Licensing Fees associated with the price for unlimited usage rights. These photos can be used for marketing, for an indefinite amount of time. Tyler Fraser Real Estate Photography ALSO holds unlimited usage rights for usage and marketing of this media as well.

Photo Rights and Usage for Builders, Stagers, Designers, Developers, Home Owners, and others:

Builders, stagers, developers, designers and others who wish to use images taken by Tyler Fraser Real Estate Photography should contact us for specific licensing information and to pay Licensing fees.
